A delicious Russian tuna salad recipe that I learned from my friend Maria:
"It’s very easy: (I did a big portion, but you can divide all products accordingly and make less)
½ cup rice to cook (boil in a water)
6 eggs to cook (boil)
3 small cans tuna (total amount around 400 grams, each can 128 grams)
1 can of corn
Mayonnaise
1. Cut eggs in small cubes
2. Add everything else
3. Add mayonnaise and stir accurately. It is possible to add some onion (small cut), salt and pepper.
